I'm planning to use permanent prisoners who are serving as hemogen farm to also be used as permanent birthing bodies, extracting ovums from my colonists and once fertilized placing them in my prisoners. That way I can have natural children in the colony, without any risks or debuffs to my own colonists.

After this update, none of them can get pregnant anymore.
