Now Ikon Pass holders have access to snow at 40 global destinations, including six in Colorado. In pursuit of my skiing dreams, I knew I had to take my Ikon Pass to visit Colorado, Utah, and California. Resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Alta, Snowbird, and Mammoth Mountain were high on my list and ranked as non-negotiable visits. Travel reward points on my credit card made these trips convenient and affordable.All participating resorts have closed for the season and spring skiing is no longer available. Please note: Scanning your 23/24 Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Plus Pass, or Ikon Base Pass for spring skiing counts as using your pass. If you use your pass for spring skiing, it is not eligible for deferral to the 24/25 season. And in an interesting reversal, Arapahoe Basin will no longer be blacked out on holidays for Ikon Base Pass holders. This is a pretty weird choice. I guess Arapahoe Basin must not have been overcrowded during the holidays this past season, but I'm still surprised. Mid week pass at either of those places is the best value in Colorado. Loveland is a great place to progress at. For next season I purchased an ABasin pass and the Epic Local.
